Không mở được ứng dụng? Gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng ký tới danhhuongvn@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Xóa tài khoản Playday"; chúng tôi xử lý trong 7 ngày.
Dữ liệu bị xóa
Email, tên, ảnh, thiết bị nhận thông báo, đăng ký buổi chơi, thông báo và các nhóm bạn sở hữu.
Dữ liệu được giữ
Khoản chia tiền trong sổ của nhóm người khác được giữ ở dạng ẩn danh ("thành viên đã xóa") để không làm sai sổ của họ. Thuê bao cửa hàng cần hủy riêng.
Delete your Playday account
In the app: Account → Delete account and data, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate.
Can't open the app? Email danhhuongvn@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete Playday account"; we process it within 7 days.
Deleted
Email, name, photos, notification devices, session signups, notifications and groups you own.
Kept
Cost shares in other people's group ledgers stay anonymized ("deleted member") so their records remain correct. Cancel store subscriptions separately.
